Build-a-Future have also said they will offer assistance. If you want to join us in ensuring a speedy re-opening then please contact us and tell us how you can help. We require a wide range of skills and expertise. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;PLEDGE&lt;br /&gt;If you would have liked to help but cannot for any reason and you would like to make a donation instead then please &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;don't&lt;/span&gt; send any money just yet - contact us now and tell us how much you would like to pledge. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;PETITION&lt;br /&gt;Mrs &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Kisby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, who organised The Big Petition, to support our efforts, has informed us that the total number of signatures has reached over 3300. That is a real sterling effort, thank you. Mrs &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Kisby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; is handing this into the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Horncastle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; District Councillors asking that they present the petition to East Lindsey District Council on May 20&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;th&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;BUSINESS PLAN&lt;br /&gt;The Business Plan has been completed by the Working Group and has been handed into East Lindsey District Council on Thursday 29&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;th&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;April ahead of the deadline. We await their decision which will, we understand, be announced in July.&lt;br /&gt;The Working Group wish to thank everybody for their help and support and encouragement. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;AGM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This has been confirmed for Thursday 28&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;th&lt;/span&gt; May at 7pm in the Top Deck Suite at the Admiral Rodney Hotel North Street &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Horncastle&lt;/span&gt; - all welcome - and will include:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Guest Speaker Magda Read of The Development Trusts Association (&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;DTA&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chairman's Report&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Treasurer's Report&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Election of Honorary &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;Officers, Nominations&lt;/span&gt; forms will be available prior to the meeting&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adoption of the Memorandum and Articles of the new Committee&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Questions from the public&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fix the dates of the next &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;AGM&lt;/span&gt; and General Meeting&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;NB Members of public wishing to vote during the meeting must have signed the register of people present.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The Stanhope Hall Committee were created and have since registered with Companies House as a company limited by guarantee No 6936814.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;RAFFLE &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;As part of our fund raising strategy we are arranging a raffle - all the money raised will go towards the on-going costs of campaigning for the re-opening of the former Town Hall - your support for this would be much appreciated. It will be drawn on Wed Aug 19th.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;As at August 11th the raffle has raised over £1,200.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Following the ELDC Executive Board decision on July 14th to demolish the Hall "quickly" we have set up a fighting fund.
